IBPS BANK Clerk Exam

Age Limit: 20-28

Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline from a recognised University or any equivalent qualification recognised as such by the Central Government.

The candidate must possess valid Mark-sheet / Degree Certificate that he/ she is a graduate on the day he / she registers and indicate the percentage of marks obtained in Graduation while registering online.

Computer Literacy: Operating and working knowledge in computer systems is mandatory i.e. candidates should have Certificate/Diploma/Degree in computer operations/Language/ should have studied Computer / Information Technology as one of the subjects in the High School/College/Institute.

Desirable Qualification: Proficiency in the Official Language of the State/UT for which vacancies a candidate wishes to apply.

The exam for IBPS Clerk Exam consists of two phases: Preliminary Exam and Mains Exam.

Preliminary Exam Pattern

Mains Exam

Consists of an Objective Exam

Objective Exam – consists of 4 sections for total 200 marks. The total duration is 2 hr 40 min.  Each section has separate timing.

Note:

  • Penalty (for both Prelims and Mains) – For each wrong answer attempted by the candidate, there will be a negative marking of one fourth or 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question.
  • There will be sectional cut off for Online Main examination. Also a minimum total score will have to be obtained to be considered to be shortlisted for further process.
  • Marks obtained in the online main examination only will be considered for final merit listing.

 

SBI BANK Clerk Exam

Age Limit: 20-28

Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline from a recognised University or any equivalent qualification recognised as such by the Central Government.

Those who are in the Final Year/Semester of their Graduation may also apply provisionally provided if called for interview, they will have to produce proof of having passed the graduation examination.

The exam for SBI Clerk Exam consists of two phases: Preliminary Exam and Mains Exam.

Test of specified opted language

Those who qualify for selection and produce 10th or 12th std Mark-sheet proving their studies in the specified local language will not be subjected to any language test. In case of others qualified for selection, specified opted language test will be conducted after provisional selection but before joining.
